On 27 September 2020, Richard Fleming and Ben Cairns of Alvarez & Marsal were appointed as joint administrators over certain entities in the NMC Group in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The affairs, business, and property of these certain companies within the NMC Group are being managed by the joint administrators, who act for and on behalf of the companies without personal liability.
