In case of ischemic heart disease a selective coronography is performed during which the optimum treatment is selected subject to localization and degree of damage to coronary arteries.
The following procedures are provided:
Angioplasty (widening in areas of narrowing) of coronary arteries and stenting (stent placement in area of narrowing). The procedure may be performed as scheduled treatment as well as urgent procedure in course of development of myocardial infarction.
Coronary artery bypass surgery – bypass auto-venous or auto-arterial joints in artificial bloodstream or under beating heart conditions. The procedure shall be performed either as scheduled treatment or as urgent procedure in course of development of myocardial infarctionIn case of heart valves damage of rheumatic or other origin, the following procedures are performed:
- Valve-preserving plastics of heart valve
- Replacement of heart valves with biological or mechanical prosthesis

White and blue type surgery of congenital heart defects for children older than 3 years:
White type defects – closing of open arterial duct, septum of auricle or ventricle defects, correction of atrioventricular communication, resection of aortic coarctation, ablation of aorta or lung artery stenosis, etc.
Blue type defects – surgical correction of Tetrada Fallot, transposition of great blood vessels, undeveloped left or right heart, Ebstein anomaly and other very complicated congenital heart defectsOperations of aorta aneurysms and acute aorta dissections:
- Elevated aortic aneurysm ablation preserving aorta valve or replacing it by prosthesis

Hair Transplantation
Hair plays a very important role in the appearance of both men and women, and their displacement or loss may provoke psychological disorders, deteriorate the quality of life, people lose their confidence.During consultation the cause of hair loss in determined, estimated hair density in the donor zone, hair condition, desired expectations are discussed. Concomitant illnesses are clarified. Only then a doctor can recommend individual procedure mode and choose proper treatment combinations.
There are no age limits, thus the procedure is performed for both young and elderly patients, ahead of evaluating hair loss or scars’ appearance reasons, related pathologies. The procedure is performed for both men and women. Most often the hair of head skin is transplanted in case of androgenic alopecia (inherited, by hormone pathology caused disease), in the case of beard hair or eyebrow hair rarefaction.
The donation zone in most cases is an occiput area, but on some occasions, if density in that area is insufficient, hair follicles are taken from the back or other body places. Every case is individual and finally decided between a patient and a doctor during the consultation.
There is no special preparation for the procedure, but a few days ahead of it is recommended to avoid alcohol and blood-thinning medications consumption, in order to bypass unwanted bleeding. It is recommended that smokers reduce the amount of nicotine.
DHI (Direct hair implantation) method performs hair transplantation procedure by transferring one hair follicle from the donor area to that location, where you want to restore your hair or increase their density. The diameter of the instrument is just on millimeter and sometimes even less. Removed hair is kept in a special medium – in the liquid and at the appropriate temperature, which enables to assure good hair engraftment and growth/development after transplantation. Each single hair using a unique DHI patented implantator (as well 1 mm caliber minimum traumatic diameter) is placed in the required direction of growth, by selecting proper angle of growth, depth.
No scalpers or other traumatic surgical instruments are used. Precisely this technology makes procedure superior to other hair transplantation methods, for example such as FUE (follicular unit extraction), because rules out premature “holes” and cracks producing in the skin before implantation of the hair or Strip method, when the hair is transplanted with skin areas, there obvious scars remain, difficult healing period, a high risk of infection appears.Only topical (local) anesthesia is applied, the patient avoids narcosis, during the procedure interacts with staff or just listens to music. The duration varies from several to 4-7 hours depending on the amount of procedure performed. During the breaks the patient can enjoy meals and drinks. In most cases the patients are capable of returning to the normal working order the very next day.
There is no need for long-term use of medication, because the transplanted hair will not fall out. Externally used medication Minoxidil is recommended as a preventive measure for the hair that has not been transplanted. PRP (platelet-rich plasma) procedure is recommended for all patients ahead of and after hair transplantation.
